My client, a leading high end retail organisation is actively looking to recruit a Business Analyst with Project Management experience.
They are building a team which can participate in the delivery of a global business transformation programme and provide the on-going continuity of service to clients and stakeholders after the transformation has been delivered.
They are looking for an individual who has strong skills in building rapport with clients and stakeholders throughout the organisation to define their business requirements and ensure that these are documented, agreed and communicated.
You will need to be comfortable delivering both business projects and ones with a significant technology element. The right candidate will have experience of working in a highly dynamic, ambiguous and changing environment, delivering projects that will be both tactical and strategic in nature within a matrix based IT organisation. It is also essential to have experience of working in a multiple stakeholder/3rd party environment in a very collaborative manner.
You need to have demonstrable experience in working on CRM projects, hold a professional Business Analysis qualifications, e.g. ISEB BA Diploma, and / or Project Management qualifications e.g. APM, PRINCE2, PMI, PMBOK, MSP.
Have sound knowledge and experience of full project lifecycle processes using structured gated methods.
Have a strong track record of using formal analysis and modelling techniques across a diverse range of project types, e.g. business process modelling, data flow diagrams.
