Goldfield Partners are delighted to announce the launch of their new Solar Unit Trust Fund.

Our new Fund is targeted at Pension and Charity Investors and will aim to provide a RPI linked internal rate of return after all costs of between 6%-8% per annum.

(PRWEB UK) 30 July 2012

Goldfield Partners are pleased to announce the launch of their new Fund - The Goldfield Solar Green Energy Fund LP. This is a Unit Trust structured fund which aims to raise up to ?50M to purchase fully operational Solar PV assets in the UK.

The Fund's target is to provide Investors with a 6%-8% yield per annum for up to 25 years - with the income RPI linked to inflation.

David Gammond, Goldfield's CEO stated;

"With this new fund we hope to mirror the success and benefits created by our original EIS Fund such as predictable returns, new job creation, free electricity at point of use and a sizable contribution to the reduction of carbon emission.

We have raised ?16M to date via 8 separate EIS Companies to allow Investors access to the Feed-in-Tariff scheme in the UK. The launch of this Fund is designed to build on this expertise, but focuses on a different group of Investors with similar aims.

By investing in projects that fit into our strict criteria we believe that this Fund will be able to deliver the target yields whilst directly benefiting local communities."
